Eastmoor is an outstanding neighborhood with a vibrant community and engaged residents.
Tons of great events that are family friendly and always tons of fun!
Our community loves our many large trees and flowering shrubs.
The Eastmoor Civic Association & Blockwatch (ECA&B) is an all-volunteer, resident-run civic association aimed at preserving, promoting, and enhancing Eastmoor’s unique qualities. The organization is headed up by a board consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Committee Chairs. The ECA&B holds quarterly Blockwatch and Action Group meetings and two general meetings, one in April and one in October. Occasionally, a particular issue demands neighborhood attention and a special meeting is called.
Our boundaries are Broad St., Main St., Gould Rd., and James Rd. All Eastmoor residents – homeowners and renters -- are encouraged and invited to participate in community activities and projects. We take pride in being a diverse community – religiously, ethnically, and in the age range and makeup of households.
